Implementation Strategies: Considering the above mentioned principles, Crystal Furniture Group strives to archive its logistics group’s objectives based on the following operation strategies. o Encourage the community to identify prioritize and justify their needs well organized with technical and experienced inputs from Crystal Furniture LTD staff. o The projects are identified planned and even designing in close cooperation of the community. With the exception of some core technical staff of the projects, Crystal Furniture tries its best to recruit labors from projects areas of surrounding villages and utilize available local materials and resources in the area. o To facilitate capacity building of the target community and Crystal Furniture own staff during implementation of the projects o To promote the spirit of the project among the community to ensure that the project is maintained by beneficiaries after completions. Crystal Furniture strategic and operation Capacities: Crystal Furniture has (35) national professional staff in Management, Technical, Administration, plumber, Carpentry, supports… section. Crystal Furniture is the one national organization working in Afghanistan. Crystal Furniture has provided services to several of national and international projects and organizations in Afghanistan that have proved extremely efficient and effective to scale up our implementation response capacities in different sectors and areas of our activities. At the moment we have sub offices operating at (Jalalabad, Mazar-e-sharif, Sheberghan, Kunduz….) Capabilities: Crystal Furniture LTD has the capability to commence projects immediately after the (NTP/ RQF) received.
