The Pamir Cola Group of Companies was established in 2004 after obtaining a legal license and registration with the Commercial Court, as well as a certificate from the Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The goal was to achieve self-sufficiency in the production of non-alcoholic beverages across the country. The company began its operations by importing equipment and technical knowledge from European countries on a land area of 10,000 square meters in the industrial park of Herat province. In 2005, in addition to producing non-alcoholic beverages, it launched new bottling lines for mineral water and introduced them to the market.
In line with sustainable entrepreneurship in this sector, from 2006 to 2011, the company implemented plans to establish new production units that had been on its agenda since early 2004. With a product development strategy, new production units covering an area of 20,000 square meters were constructed, producing a variety of products, including packaged and bottled fruit juices in various sizes, carbonated bottled juices, energy drinks, natural lemon juices, different types of natural mango juices, and various biscuits, cakes, and cookies in multiple flavors and packaging.
Since this company is equipped with the most advanced laboratory facilities for testing raw materials, in-process products, and final products, it ensures the safety of its produced items, which is one of the unique features of this manufacturing entity. In recent years, the company has successfully expanded its production items to over 40 types of food and beverages, making it the only manufacturing company in the country that has earned a prestigious position in the market in a short period.
The Pamir Cola non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing and industrial company aims to prevent the flight of domestic capital, promote the growth and flourishing of domestic products, and fulfill its previous promises to its fellow citizens. In 2017, it expanded its subsidiaries and was renamed the Pamir Cola Group of Companies, furthering its activities in the production of snacks, popcorn, and natural fruit juices using advanced and fully automated machinery.
The Pamir Cola Group of Companies proudly acquired one of the most reputable and advanced natural fruit juice production systems in multiple flavors, as well as dairy products from renowned multinational companies such as Tetra Pak and SIG in 2018. This acquisition reflects the professionalism and multinational business of the Pamir Cola Group of Companies. The Pamir Cola Group operates under the motto "Quality is our motto" and continues its credible activities in accordance with international standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2005, and HACCP.
